Breathing, it is really amazing that sometimes when we get into stressful situations, we forget to breath. You may think that is ridiculous. I always breath, but yet how your breath and concentrating on your breathing is a huge leg up to help you with any stressful situation, especially stage fright.

A deep inhale through the nose and held for a few seconds and released from pursed lips is an excellent way to reduce stress and control your heart beat.

  1. I didn’t realize that this can happen. How can you forget to breath? It’s a thing that you always do to stay alive. I mean it’s not something that you really think about its just a natural action.

  2. I think that what Zack was referring to is the fact that your body is so highly stressed, that your muscles tense up and you feel like you cant breath. This is really commonly seen when people studer during a presentation, and the audience laughs at the presenter.
