To gain additional confidence when you practice, do it in front of a mirror or in the presence of trusted friends and family members, who may be able to provide you with constructive criticism.
Get your adrenaline pumping before you go onstage. A little bit of dancing can ease your mind while offering you an energy jolt.
The main thing is to know your material...... The more you know about what your presenting ....The better you will do
